MileProtection is a loyalty program monitoring and protection platform. We track redemption values across major airline and hotel programs, publish the MP Index, and offer protection that pays out automatically when the index confirms a devaluation beyond your chosen threshold. Payouts are triggered by the MP Index — not by proof of loss.
MileProtection AG is a stock corporation (Aktiengesellschaft) incorporated and domiciled in Zurich, Switzerland. Swiss law governs all agreements issued through this platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the MileProtection platform and enter into a protection contract. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
Accessing MileProtection from any jurisdiction is at your own initiative. You are responsible for determining whether doing so complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

The MP Index is a proprietary index measuring estimated redemption value per loyalty currency unit across standardized benchmark routes and hotel redemptions. The full methodology is published at mileprotection.com/index.
You may not reverse-engineer or scrape the MP Index; use automated tools to access the platform at scale; enrol multiple accounts for the same person; provide false information during account creation; or resell or sublicense platform access.
The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MileProtection AG's total liability to you in connection with use of the website and platform — excluding liability under an enrolled protection, which is governed by that contract — is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All content on the MileProtection website — including the MileProtection name and logo, the MP Index name and branding, all text, graphics, data, software, and user interface designs — is the intellectual property of MileProtection AG and protected by Swiss and international law. You may not use, copy, adapt, or distribute any MileProtection intellectual property without prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict of law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights available in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent platform notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
